Do I need to open ports on the router?

No. Routers push stats outbound—no port forwarding required, even when you're behind a NAT, or several routers.

Do you need my MikroTik password?

No. No passwords are required; a per-client secret handles auth for pushes.

Does it support RouterOS v7, v6?

Yes, we support both v7 and v6—pick your OS in Update Script in dashboard.

How often are stats updated?

You choose: e.g., 30s, 1m, 5m. Set the scheduler interval to fit your needs.

What happens if a router goes offline?

It shows as down with last seen, and you can enable alerts to get notified (TO-DO).

Do you support other platforms, other than MikroTik?

No, not right now. But we're working on expanding support.

Push router updates from any system

Use our REST endpoint to push telemetry even if you’re not on MikroTik. Each call is authenticated with your per-account secret key (Dashboard → Profile).
